I'm about to bust some knowledge.

Here are some ways you can make yourself feel better right now. Like right now right now.
1. Drink, like, 10 oz. of water. Water. No fizzies, no caffeine. Just water.
2. Close your eyes and take 3 deep breaths. Feel your lungs expand.
3. Text someone and say "Hi! Thinking of you and hope you're having a good day."
(I'm busting out!)

Also, I wanted to thank you for my little giveaway win! Would you believe that I just got back to LA tonight after being none other than Austin this last week, and when I checked my mail and saw your little package to me from Austin!
